Sagexco is composed of a three-dimensional reticulated polyurethane foam, characterised by an open-cell structure that divides the internal volume of the tank into thousands of microcells.
Operating principle
Once installed inside the tank, the foam:

- Prevents rapid flame propagation
- Reduces gas compression (shock wave)
- Absorbs the thermal energy generated by potential ignition
- Stabilises the fuel in the event of impact or vibration, helping to reduce sloshing
